The undeniably hot actress and model Molly Sims believes that when you feel good, you look good, too. Truly, the former Sports Illustrated cover girl knows what she’s talking about. The 37 year old beauty seems to get more and more better looking with age.

“When I was a model I think I did every crazy diet there was, but now I don’t obsess about it.” She says. “I have a really strict exercise regimen, so I can pretty much eat whatever I want.”
Molly Sims’ diet consists of eating low carbohydrate meals per day. This type of balanced diet encourages consumption of fresh vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, healthy fats and lean proteins. Molly also avoids highly refined and processed foods.

“I watch my wheat intake, I drink lemon water when I wake up.” She says. “It’s amazing how good it can make me feel.”

Molly also shares what she calls her “hardcore” workout. Molly Sims’ exercise is a hour and a half five times a week routine of doing hiking, yoga and Pilates.

“I got sick of being on a treadmill, so I go hiking with my dogs. I do Pilates – it’s really about lengthening your body and not building up your muscle – and then yoga.” Molly says. “My trainer, Tracy Anderson, pushes me. He’s great. I’m usually up by 7:30 for that.”
