Milk burns fat: get fit drinking more milk

A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition revealed that drinking 2 glasses of milk after a workout increases the burning of the fats. Milk also helps you increase your muscle mass.

Scientists form McMaster University has split a group of men in two and put them through a rigorous workout plan for 3 months. At the end of the 3 months the men from the group that drank milk after each workout had much less fats in their bodies and their muscle mass was bigger.

The men in the study had to workout for 1 hour every day, in 3 month totaling 60 hours of intense physical activity. In the gym they worked all their muscle groups and they had to follow a special workout program. At the end of each workout they would drink one glass of milk and later they would drink another one.

When the test was over the ones that drank the milk were having much more muscles and muscle force compared to the ones that drank after exercising concoctions based on carbs or soya. The milk drinkers gained with 60% more muscle mass compared to those that drank carbohydrate beverages.

The milk drinkers also succeed to lose the most fats form their bodies because all the extra calcium from their bodies helped burn off more fat. The results of the study are valid for women too.

Another study has demonstrated that by adding milk in your tea you will destroy the majority of the health benefits the tea has. Casein, a protein substance found in milk, destroys the nitric oxide form the tea. Nitric oxide helps your blood vessels dilate and prevents cardiovascular diseases. Casein is a protein that coagulates and is the main part of cheeses.

Some scientist have even gone as far as saying that dairies help prevent diseases like obesity, type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis, colon cancer and cardiovascular diseases. They also say that eating dairies, especially milk, help you regulate your weight.

This might explain the overweight children epidemic that sweeps the country. Children nowadays don’t drink as much milk as other generation used to. They indulge in sugar filled sodas that make them fat and even diabetic.

If you want to get fit, stay fit, and be healthy drink milk. Milk is good for you and it is a hell of a fat burner.
