Actress Mena Suvari is  not only gorgeous, she’s one star who can go from babe to funny girl in seconds, as evidenced by her star-making turns in memorable flicks such as American Beauty, Spun and American Pie. This 31 year old celebrity is a juggler of all sorts, aside from being a successful actress dedicated to her craft, she’s also a fashion designer and model. It’s no wonder she sports an amazing beach-ready figure all the time. Here, she spills on her tips of keeping her physique as stunning as it is.

“I follow my own diet, and I’m pretty anal about it. I believe in healthy, organic food. I’ve incorporated a lot of whole grains into my diet. I don’t eat meat unless it’s organic. I eat fish, but there are certain fish I won’t eat because of the mercury content. I don’t eat sugar,” she says.

Mena Suvari’s diet also involves consuming only organic meat and only eats fish low in mercury content. She also doesn’t drink coffee or consume any sugar-rich meals.

For Mena Suvari’s exercise, she does yoga, a set of physical practices that involves gentle stretches, proper breathing exercises, and progressive deep relaxation that helps in relaxing the mind and body.

At the same time, Mena Suvari’s exercise helps strengthen, elongate and increase the suppleness of her muscles. Yoga has been actually very famous among celebrities especially women because it helps in lengthening the muscles in the different parts of their body. It also works like meditation so it can relax them after a very stressful day or event.
