The 47 year old star doesn’t look a day over 40, and her fit physique can easily give younger actresses a run for their money.

This diet was created by Barry Sears, a biochemist and book author who believes that a person should only consume foods that controls the body’s insulin production.

Meg’s dietary intake consists of a lot of fresh, leafy green vegetables, fruits, nuts, enough amount of proteins and eight or more  glasses of water.

Meg Ryan’s exercise routine includes Yoga and conditioning activities such as interval and circuit aerobic workouts, yoga postures, core training, plymetrics, self-defense training and boxing.

"I’m so into yoga. I can’t believe how numerous the benefits are." She says. "I’ve never felt so much calm. It’s a great stress reliever, what with all the proper breathing techniques, and really enhances one’s flexibility."
