Fresh-faced, curvy, blonde and glowing, Marisa Miller’s entry in the fashion scene was dubbed by many as the Return of the great American Supermodel. This 5 foot 8 former Victoria’s Secret Angel has been hailed countless times as One of The World’s Most Beautiful, but is quick to point out that her perfect modelesque figure was achieved by discipline and hard work.

"Working out is not a luxury, it’s a necessity." She states firmly. "I have to work out to stay in shape. There’s no magic pill. Believe me, because if there was, I’d know about it."

marisa_miller.jpgMarisa knows the importance of eating right to have the energy for high-power workouts. Marisa Miller’s diet consists mostly of organic foods in well balanced meals. Her dietary intake includes a lot vegetables, nuts, fruits and seeds. 

Sample menu?

  • Breakfast: English muffin with grains and legumes or an omelette with vegetables
  • Dinner:  tuna and spinach salad

“I prefer healthy food and try not to bring too many treats into my house. But I don’t believe in depriving myself either,” says Marisa. "I love ice cream, I have it on my ‘cheat day’."

Growing up in Southern California with the beach 10 minutes away made Marisa a sucker for water sports. Marisa Miller’s exercise routine starts with surfing which gives her body a total workout. Paddling increases stamina; pulling oneself up strengthens arms, and balancing on the surfing board strengthens both legs and core muscles.

Other than surfing, Marisa also does boxing, knowing that throwing jabs, hooks, uppercuts, ducking, squat-like moves are great for total body workouts and have great benefits to her heart and metabolism. 

"Boxing is my secret for these abs of mine." She shares.
