"I have migraine. So my doctor advised me to keep a food diary, to avoid foods that trigger the migraines. " She explains. "So I avoid chocolates. I’m pretty much a healthy eater, I’m big on vegetables and fruits."

Marcia Cross’ diet encourages the intake of healthy fats otherwise known as unsaturated fats since they are vital to keep the body healthy and never should be limited to less than 20%.

For Marcia Cross’ exercise routine, she does weight lifting, together with yoga, Pilates, and cardio exercises. 

Furthermore, Marcia Cross’ exercise routine includes aerobics and resistance training. Resistance training is a form of strength training wherein every effort is done against a certain opposing force.

Additionally, these exercises are isotonic since the body part is only moving against the force and isometric if a body part is holding still against the force. This kind of exercise routine helps in developing the strength and size of the skeletal muscles.

"Lately I haven’t been going to the gym as often as I want to, because of the twins." She says. "I wasn’t doing Pilates before pregnancy, but now I’ve added that to my routine. I hike as well with my friends."
