This eating plan allows her no food restrictions, as long as she keeps her serving sizes small and eats in moderation. Her diet encourages her to consume lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, nuts, seeds, healthy fats and at least 8 glasses of water every day.

For Kim Smith’s exercise routine, she turns to the sport of golf. Kim is a self-confessed avid golfer, having been on the varsity golf team of her high school. 

During an average course for a round of golf, Kim can actually walk as far as four miles. If she walks 18 holes 3 to 5 times per week, she is able to get the right amount of endurance exercise for her heart especially when she brings with her the clubs or carry them around.

Walking is considered a form of cardio exercise that can burn as much as 300 to 500 calories per hour that is effective in losing weight and maintaining it at the ideal range too.
