Justin Bieber’s Diet and Exercise Routine: Stay Fit and Healthy

Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber has got fame written all over him, with a female fanbase that’s larger than life and after churning out hit songs and chart toppers like “Baby”, “One Time”, "One Less Lonely Girl", "Love Me", and "Favorite Girl", he has cemented his name as one of the music scene’s most influential pop artists. At 17 years old, he’s got girls swooning all over him with his wide hazel eyes, megawatt grin and perfectly swept hair. His meteoric rise to superstardom has made him as busy as ever, but how does he stay fit and healthy under the blaze of the spotlights?

Justin-Bieber.jpgJustin Bieber’s diet involves eating 4 to 6 small meals daily wherein every meal or snack is well balanced. This means it contains the right amount of healthy fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Most of the time, his snacks contain lots of fresh fruits.

Furthermore, Justin Bieber’s diet has taught him to give up consuming any junk foods, fast foods, processed food and other high calorie, low nutrient snacks and meals plus avoids the intake of any white or refined foods.

Justin also keeps himself well-hydrated by drinking lots of water and green tea which also removes toxins from the body.

For Justin Bieber’s exercise routine, he works out with his personal trainer Jordan Yuam. His routine involves doing weight training exercises two to three times in a week.

Every workout is divided so that he can concentrate on different muscle groups during every session.

Weight training workouts involve doing combination movements, such as squat followed by shoulder press wherein it focuses more on functional, or athletic, strength training.

Moreover, Justin Bieber’s exercise routine includes cardio exercises done two to three times a week which is then followed by high intensity interval training (HIIT) regimen. Usually, the workout lasts for 15 to 20 minutes.
