Josie Maran’s Diet and Exercise Routine: Healthy and Eco-Friendly

Girl Josie Maran began modeling at the tender age of 12, landing some of the most coveted jobs in the business , including the cover of Glamour magazine, which she has graced for more than five times, and top publications such as Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire and Madamoiselle. She’s only 32, but with her sinfully chocolatey brown eyes and perfect pout, the 5 foot 7 tall beauty is one class act, her perfect figure maintained through healthy eating and exercise habits.

"For me, eating healthy is so important. I only eat organic food, I’m very thoughtful of the stuff that I put in my body." She shares. "I keep fit by doing yoga, and if possible, I walk instead of driving."

Josie-Maran.jpgJosie Maran’s diet consists of portion controlled organic-based meals. She prefers eating GMO chemical-free and healthy fresh foods like Sushi, green vegetables and fruits. 

"Vegan, vegetarian,organic. That’s what I try to eat most of the time." She says.

For Josie Maran’s exercise routine, she does Kundalini yoga for at least 30 minutes every morning. For years, Josie has been grabbing the surfboard and hitting the waves. Surfing actually is a great way to lose weight as it burns a lot of calories quickly. 

"Being active makes me feel beautiful." She admits. "Beauty comes from within, and it’s up to women to take care of themselves so that beauty shines through."
