There’s something about a man and his guitar that makes women take notice, but that’s not the only reason John Mayer comes across as a ladies’ man. Few debuts match the fanfare and sales that his album, Room For Squares received, and thanks to the success of his Grammy Award Winning song Your Body Is a Wonderland, the 33 year old, 6 foot 3 tall crooner is certainly NO one hit wonder. With his smooth vocals and melodic tunes, he’s definitely dreamy. Add in his ripped physique and you get every ladies’ dream.

John-Mayer.jpgJohn Mayer’s diet is the famous five factor diet which allows him to skip counting calories. This eating plan consists of eating 5 mini meals per day, made with only 5 ingredients and prepared at only 5 minutes.

“5-Factor is not a diet, in the sense that there’s nothing to fall off of. There’s nothing to say goodbye to, and nothing to long for. It is almost too good to be true!”

On the other hand, John Mayer’s exercise routine includes working out together with his personal trainer James Sherman. He works out five times per week and most of his routines are done at NYC’s Rich Barretta Private Training Studio.

Other workouts part of John Mayer’s exercise routine includes kickboxing and other exercises that concentrate on developing his core muscles. He also loves doing Krav Maga, an intense form of self-defense that emphasizes maximum threat neutralization in a “real life” context.
