From her two-year stint in Spin City to her unforgettable roles in Summer of Sam and Crash, Jennifer Esposito renders the audience speechless when she graces the screen with her presence. Her undeniable sexiness just shines through, and when coupled with her fine features and killer physique, she’s got a whole lot going for her.
"This body is a product of hardwork." She says laughingly. "No, seriously, I really love food, and I have a healthy relationship with it. I run a lot and exercise as much as I can, but I’m not a lunatic about it. I balance everything."
Jennifer Esposito’s diet is composed of well balanced, portion controlled meals. This allows her no food restrictions of any kind as long as she keeps her serving sizes small and eats in moderation. This helps eliminate the feeling of food deprivation commonly found in other diet plans.
”I like to get cozy at home, make pizza and drink wine. I never feel guilty about indulging because I have a good attitude about myself. I come from a family where cooking and enjoying meals is a healthy part of our lives. If I want to have comfort foods every now and then, I do. And if I put on a few pounds, I don’t sweat it.”
However, when Jennifer needs to prepare for her appearances on-screen, Jennifer Esposito’s diet shifts to a low carbohydrate diet, avoiding the consumption of everything white and refined like flour and sugar and lessening the intake of carbohydrates.
“I refuse to get obsessive about my diet. I don’t stuff myself, but food is too important a part of my life to not totally enjoy it,” she claims.
For Jennifer Esposito’s exercise routine, she does Pilates and yoga which are quite similar routines that help her become aware of the proper breathing exercise and the proper alignment of her spine. At the same time, it strengthens, increases the elasticity, and elongates the muscles which help her muscles appear well-toned.
Jennifer Esposito’s exercise routine also includes 30 minutes of cardio exercise using the treadmill and the elliptical together with some weight training exercises. Cardio exercises approximately burns 300 to 600 calories per workout.
