Making fresh healthy juices is not that hard. All you need is a blender or juicer and lots of fruits and vegetables. That’s it. I love my blender and juicer. If I would have to choose just one, the blender will always win. Blending and making fresh natural juices is like a hobby for me.
Here are some of my favorite fresh healthy juice recipes:
Bananas and strawberries: this is a really tasty combination. I love strawberries so I will usually add more strawberries in my fresh juice. If you want you can go on a 50%-50% split. Choose what fruit you like and add more. For some extra flavor you can add some milk in the mix also. A great healthy milkshake.
Carrot juice: is full of vitamins and you can combine it with different fruit juices. You can combine carrots with apples, pears, blackberries, strawberries and even with oranges.
Apple juice: can be obtained very easy with some creativity. All you have to do is grate some apples and squeeze the grated apples to get the apple juice. I used this method once to make 4 cups of apple juice. I was in a very secluded area. Fun and easy.
Vegetables and raspberries or oranges juices: vegetable juice is extremely healthy and nutritious. Vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals. Drinking fresh juice made out of fresh vegetables will provide you with the recommended daily intake of different vitamins and minerals. For an extra boost in the taste add some raspberries or oranges in the mix.
Oranges, Grapefruits, Lemons, Tangerines juice: all have a great taste and their juice is awesome. You can get the juice just by squeezing them. The great thing about citric fruits is that you can virtually add them in any fresh homemade juice.
