How to lose weight if you are a sugar addict

Replace two meals per day with a fruit shake. Breakfast and supper are the best choices. You can use apples, kiwi, pineapple, grapefruit, strawberries… Your body will receive that way the so much craved sugar but from a natural source instead from sweets. Having a stable blood sugar level then you will be able to control your sugar craving. For breakfast you can also eat some wholegrain cereals.

For the main meal of the day eat a steak with a raw salad or steamed vegetables.

You must have 3 meals daily and 2 snacks between them.

The time interval between the meals should never be greater than 6 hours.

During the day you must drink 8 cups of water, with lemon if you want or herbal teas.

If you stop eating refines sugar your life will change and it will be much more healthy. You will be able to control your weight much more easily, you will have more energy, and many diseases will be prevented. All that just because you stopped eating sugar.
