How to Lose 8 Pounds in a Week Using the Mayo Diet

Many people have enjoyed success losing weight using the Mayo diet. Here is a Mayo diet you can use to lose around 8 pounds in one week. What I like about this diet is that you are allowed to eat until you are full at each meal. You also are allowed to eat fatty foods.

What you can eat at each meal:
-as many fats combined with salad as you wish;
-fresh sugarless grapefruit juice;
-red or green onions;
-cucumbers;
-spianch;
-tomatoes;
-cauliflower;
-you have to drink at least 12 cups of water daily

What are the don’ts of this Mayo diet. What foods are forbidden:
-no snacking between the meals;
-you have to eliminate sugar and starch totally from your diet;
-white onions;
-potatoes;
-celery;
-corn;
-rice;
-beans or peas;
-cheese or sour cream;
-pastas;
-coffee

What to eat during the day and how many meals to eat while on the Mayo diet:

For breakfast you should eat:
-the juice from half a grapefruit
-1-2 eggs cooked as you like them (boiled, scrambled, fried in lots of fats)
-2 slices of bacon
-decaf coffee without sugar or milk. You can also drink a tea with lemon juice in it.

For lunch you should eat:
-the juice form half a grapefruit
-any salad in whatever quantity you desire. Fill up on salad
-whatever meat you desire, cooked as you like it. You can eat as much as your heart desires

For supper you should eat:
-the juice form half a grapefruit
-any salad in whatever quantity you desire. Fill up on salad
-whatever meat you desire, cooked as you like it. You can eat as much as your heart desires
-vegetables cooked as you like them and in whatever quantity

Before going to sleep drink a glass of skim milk or one of tomato juice. Make sure the tomato juice is natural and doesn’t contain any sugar.

You can keep this diet as long as you wish. You will notice the first results after 5 days. You can loose about 1 pound per day using this diet. Pretty awesome. I wish you good luck dieting and losing weight. If you need to lose 30 pounds you should follow a healthy diet and exercise a lot too.
