Diets & Nutrition

The consequences of our modern lifestyle are worrisome: low immunity, obesity, premature aging. A weakened body cannot fend off diseases. To cure itself your body needs lots of energy, and the best source for energy are raw foods, uncooked or exposed to heat. A lot of energy is lost when you boil or cook the food. Too few raw foods are eaten as mother nature provides them to us.

It might seem surreal but the more processes and industrialized is the food you eat the more toxic it is for your health.

Thousands of years ago Hyppocrates was spreading the word about the health benefits that raw natural food gives us. Raw food in its conception was equal to a medicine, being helpful in curing and preventing diseases.

The advantages of adopting a healthy lifestyle, close to nature, are many: health, energy, physical and psychic balance, youthfulness, vitality, a good immunity…

You should replace complex foods with something more light and good for you health. Instead of fancy food eat a salad. That way your body will get more needed vitamins, enzymes, minerals and fibers needed for a good digestion.

If you want to reap the benefits of a balanced and healthy nutrition you should eat: whole grain cereals and fruits for breakfast, fresh natural juices and fruits as snacks between meals, raw salads, fish, low fat meat, water, green tea and other plant teas, honey, nuts, virgin olive oil, plant based nutritional supplements.

Avoid eating or consume only from time to time: pork meat, cold cuts, margarine, white sugar, refined cooking oil, sweets, alcohol, fried foods, white bread and fast food.

Don’t forget to drink at least 8 cups of water daily.
