Your body gets zinc form meat, milk and whole grain cereals and products. Zinc plays a central role in strengthening your body against the onslaught of diseases.

The foods that you should avoid eating when you are tired are fast food, coffee, tea, cola and medicine containing caffeine. All foods that don’t contain vitamins, especially the vitamin B complex should be avoided. Junk food should always be avoided regardless if you are feeling tired or not.
