Hilary Swank is the kind of woman who defies age. The 36 year old looker, who won two Academy Award-winning performances in her movies Boys Don’t Cry in 1999, then Million Dollar Baby in 2004 as proof for her acting prowess, has continued to mesmerize us all with her smoking hot body. Here, she credits her slender physique to good genes, but she still enjoys the rewards of working out.

"I’ve been blessed with my father’s metabolism. " She shares. "But I really appreciate exercise because I think it’s a great way to relieve stress." 

Hilary-Swank.jpgWhen she played her character in the hit movie “Million Dollar Baby”, Hilary Swank’s diet is a diet low in carbs but high in protein and fat while practicing portion control. She stuck to the diet to gain muscle without gaining much fat.

Now, she uses a variety of exercises to maintain her figure. Hilary Swank’s exercise routines includes strength training, hiking, doing Power Pilates, and Kray Maga which is an Israeli hand-to-hand self-defense technique.

Hilary says, “To me, working out is literally like eating a meal or drinking water or breathing. If I don’t, I just feel like crap. Not physically, like, Ew, what’s hanging over my pants? But I just feel really ornery.”
