Heidi Montag is best known for starring on MTV’s hit reality series The Hills. Love her or hate her, Heidi has a knockout body perfect for stealing scenes. Here, the controversial star shares her secrets to her lean and mean physique.

Heidi Montag’s diet consists of eating small frequent meals a day while practicing portion control. Her recommended dietary intake includes lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, lean proteins and nuts.

She states, “I never actually been on a diet. I just cut down. Eat in moderation.”

Heidi-Montag.jpgHeidi Montag’s exercise regimen includes hitting the gym 6 times per week to do light weight training and cardio exercises. She does her weight training 3 to 5 days a week that includes leg lifts, squats, lunges and upper body weight lifting.

"I wanted to have a ‘dancer’s body’." Heidi says. "That was my goal, so I worked out for it. The results are worth it."
