When such an outgoing and confident personality is found in a beautiful body, it’s not hard to figure out why Heather Mills was attractive to the likes of Paul McCartney. This 5 feet 8 inch tall former model has always looked gorgeous wherever she goes, thanks to her svelte figure and healthy lifestyle.

"I exercise regularly and I’m a vegetarian, so I think that helps me a lot in being healthy. My slimness is definitely from me being a vegan." She says. "I eat a varied and wholesome diet. It stops my weight from yoyo-ing."

Heather-Mills.jpgHeather has been a vegetarian for several years now in support of animal and environmental rights. Heather Mills’ diet encourages her to consume only plant based food while excluding meat and dairy products from her meals.

"I also don’t eat white rice, white potatoes, white bread, only real wholemeal and not brown which is generally full of white flour." She shares.

On the other hand, Heather Mills’ exercise routine includes dancing, yoga, and Pilates. Both yoga and Pilates are very popular activities for several celebrities because both activities help in strengthening and elongating muscles, and increasing muscle’s flexibility. 

Furthermore, Heather Mills’ exercise routine also includes using the bike as a form of her cardio workout together with weight training. 

"I go to the gym 5 days in a row, with weekends off to allow my muscles to recover." She says.
