Eat butter instead of margarine: butter is a natural when margarine is a synthetic food. It is true that butter has much more calories and eating too much butter will rise your cholesterol level. But butter is way healthier than margarine. Even if margarine is enriched with vitamins A, D, E, and K, they aren’t natural, your body having a difficult time absorbing them.

Drink lots of water: You have to drink at least 8 cups of water daily, with or without lemon juice. You should put some lemon juice in the water you drink because it helps your digestion. Avoid drinking water or other liquids while eating. You should drink them before or after eating. That way you will avoid the forming of gas in your stomach.

Drink less coffee daily. Drink a maximum of 2 cups per day, preferably without sugar. Replace the coffee with healthy green tea, that will purify your blood, strengthens your teeth, fights off the bacterium, lowers blood pressure, lowers the level of your cholesterol… You can also drink black tea. Just stop drinking coffee if possible.

Eat more natural unprocessed foods:natural unprocessed foods are full of vitamins and minerals, dietary fibers and essential fatty acids. You should eat more vegetables and fruits which are a health spring. Also eat nuts and seeds that are rich in essential fatty acids.

You cannot be healthy if you don’t exercise. Workout outside in fresh air: every nutritionist tells us that we have to workout more to be more healthy. Exercising is a great way to put your metabolism in high gear.
