There’s a reason why Oscar Award winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow looks the way she does after having 2 kids and being 37. It’s because she works out every day, and eats healthily every day.  The star of Ironman 2 readily dishes on her body, her eating habits and her exercise routine.

"I’m all about getting into the shape of my life." Gwyneth shares. "I can eat what I want as long as I exercise."

Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet adheres to the  macrobiotic diet, where processed foods and refined products are avoided. The recommended dietary intake for this eating plan includes fruits, vegetables and a lot of wholemeal cereals.

gwyneth_paltrow.jpgThis diet usually contains 40% to 60% of whole cereal grains specifically brown rice, 25% to 30% of vegetables, 5% to 10% of beans and legumes, and 5% of miso soup. The remaining components include fish, seafood, seeds and nuts.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s exercise regimen is basically composed of mixed routines: aerobics, cardio exercises, weight lifting, Yoga and Pilates.

‘“People think that I’m naturally slim, but it’s not true.” Gwyneth says.
