Already the city is full of cars and who doesn’t need some extra cash. So buy yourself or take the dust off your bike. That way you will lose weight and save the gas money also. Instead of using your car to get around town use your bike. You will help mother nature also by reducing the emissions of CO2 in the atmosphere. In just a half hour bike ride you use up 150 calories. That’s something to make you want to travel all around the world by bike. Bicycling is a great way to lose weight.

Also you can rollerblade if you aren’t that much into bicycling. Rollerblading is one of the most effective ways to get rid of cellulite from your legs and buttocks especially. All your muscles get a thorough workout when you rollerblade. You burn around 400 calories per hour of rollerblading. Not too shabby I would say considering all you do is having fun in the park. Rollerblading for weight loss and fitness is an extremely fun activity too. What more can you want?


If you don’t have the time, space, motivation or you just can’t manage to get away from the television set then a stationary bicycle is your best friend. The stationary bicycle is a hell of a cardio workout that helps you lose weight pretty fast and easy. And the best part is that you can workout in your own living room while watching your favorite tv show.

Taking a stroll through nature is a great way to relax and shed all the worries that might have accumulated during the days. And if you have an interesting and entertaining speaking partner to take along then the fun time is on. Besides you can burn 700 calories in as little as 2 hours of walking at a litter faster pace than you usually use.
