Actor George Clooney is the epitome of a class act. He’s been a regular of People’s Top Ten Most Beautiful List ever since he graced the small screen as Dr. Douglas Ross in the long-running medical drama ER. Part of his charm comes from how dapper and debonair he looks, no matter if he’s stepping into the red carpet or taking his date on a motorcycle ride around town. The 49 year old 5 foot 11 Hollywood A-lister is still as hunky as ever, with a ripped body that many ladies just can’t help but drool over.

"I’m in shape because I exercise a lot. " He says with a smile. "I do a lot of aerobics, jazz-exercise, the ab-master, yoga."

As for George Clooney’s exercise routine, he’s into sports, and used to play a lot of basketball before injuring his knee. Now, he does a lot of cardio work outs to keep himself in shape, such as running, hiking, biking and swimming.

“Well, we do a lot of yoga. And I have also just finished doing a movie where I did football with a bunch of 21-year-olds which I highly recommend. That’s going to keep anyone in shape.”

Bikram yoga which is done on a hot environment, ideally at 40 degrees Celsius helps in speeding up the metabolism to burn calories quicker..
