Fergie’s Diet and Exercise Tips: Never Missing Workouts

She’s Fergalicious, and owns one of the hottest pair of legs in Hollywood. Fergie has always been fit, and it’s no secret how hard she works out to keep it that way. Black Eyed Peas’ only girl dishes to us how she keeps her killer bod.

"I’m not going to lie, sometimes I play mind tricks on myself, like french fries are poison." Fergie shares with a laugh. "But diet is only half of the equation, I love exercise, too."

fergie.jpgFergie’s diet is low in carbohydrates and low in fat. She has also been trying out David Kirsch Diet, an intensive 8 week eating program with strict dietary restrictions on carbohydrate consumption.

To keep her fit, Fergie does lots of exercises almost every day. Fergie’s exercise routine includes running and uses an elliptical exercise machine, doing Basic Ab Workouts, hiking, stair climbing, sit-ups, dancing, as well as resistance training.

 “Working out is really the top thing in my life that I do for my own self esteem and self-worth." Fergie says. "When I’m exercising, I get really proud of myself because I know I’m doing everything in my power to be healthy.”
