She’s been acting since she was 3 years old, and now, Diane Lane is drop dead gorgeous at 45. The Oscar Award Winning actress still glows with undeniable presence whenever she’s on the big screen. Her career is unstoppable and she’s having the time of her life. We may have to learn a thing or two from Diane when it comes to aging uber-gracefully.

"Really, you shouldn’t fight aging." Diane says. "Don’t equate beauty with youth. It’s more about confidence, both physical and intellectual."

diane-lane.jpgDiane Lane’s diet is based on portion control, allowing her to eat fat-rich or high-caloric foods but in smaller portions based on the understanding that serving size determines total caloric content.

"I don’t deprive myself, I eat what I want to eat. If I eat chips, I dont consume the whole bag. But most of the time, I’m really a health nut." She shares.

Diane Lane’s exercise routine includes cardiovascular exercises and yoga to help keep her fit, lean and well-toned.
