 Catherine Zeta-Jones has all the curves in the right places. The 41 year old, Oscar Award Winning actress and mother of two children to renowned actor Michael Douglas has maintained the voluptuous curves that appeal so well to men and women all over the globe.

"I eat sensibly." Catherine says. "Then I do a lot of swimming and dancing, I’ve always been a dancer. I enjoy exercise."

Presently, Catherine Zeta Jones’ diet follows the Atkins eating plan which helped her lose 8 pounds in just one week. The Atkins diet is based on the theory that too many carbohydrates lead to weight gain. This eating plan has made her go for meats and cheeses as well as portion control.

"Diets should be fun, not torture." She says. "Allow yourself a little of what you fancy, but don’t get carried away."

Aside from dancing, Catherine Zeta-Jones’ exercise regimen includes doing cardio and weight training, Pilates and yoga for at least 30 minutes a day to improve her flexibility and muscular coordination.

"I play golf with my husband." She adds. "It’s a great sport.”
