Cameron Diaz is still as freakin’ hot as when she first gained fame as Jim Carrey’s leading lady in the 1994 movie adaptation of The Mask. The blue-eyed, 5 foot 9 inches tall former model has proved her staying power in Hollywood, and continues to wow us all with her pretty face and killer figure.

"I love being physical, I love sweating, I love getting my heart rate up." Cameron shares. "Working out gives me that feeling."

cameron-diaz.jpgCameron Diaz’s diet allows her to eat what she wants but follows portion control and certain limitations. She eats 5 to 6 small meals per day to control portion size and fat content. She never skips breakfast to make her feel full longer and to keep better track of the calories she consumes throughout the day.

Cameron Diaz’s diet for a typical day consists of broccolini, eggs, lemon and either chicken or beef for breakfast, salad and lean chicken for lunch, fresh fruits and a handful of nuts in between meals and egg white omelets with herbs, tomato, onion, mushrooms for dinner.

Cameron Diaz’s exercise regimen includes working out for 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer and another 30 minutes on lightweights, reverse lunges and pilates. 

"Hiking, surfing, snowboarding..You name it." Cameron says. "I love it all."
