Actress and former model Bridget Moynahan best known for her roles in movies such as Coyote Ugly and Lord of War has tough words of wisdom for women looking for solutions to weight problems. The gorgeous mom shares her eat-right secrets on how to keep on looking great through the years.

" I do lead a very healthy life." She shares. "I eat within reason, and balance is the ultimate key to everything. You won’t catch me just sitting and eating Twinkies, I eat meals."

Bridget-Moynahan.jpgAfter giving birth, the first thing she did was to get back in shape. Bridget Moynahan’s diet was always adhered to eating a healthy and well-balanced foods. She avoids eating highly refined and processed foods.

"I eat healthy foods, like lots of greens, I’m not much of a sugar-person anyway." Bridget says.

With regards to her workout, Bridget Moynahan’s exercise routine includes resistance training, aerobics, and cardio exercises.

"I love cardio workouts. They burn lots of calories fast." She gushes. "I try to hit the gym 3 to 4 times a week, but when I don’t, I just carry my son everywhere. It’s a workout in itself."
