When buying bananas watch their colors before making the buying decision. Yellow or greenish bananas are not good to be eaten because they contain a form of starch that cannot be digested that easily. Bananas are good to be eaten when they have a few brown spots. Bananas that have brown spots are richer in vitamins and minerals.
