Americans Are Clueless About How Many Calories Per Day They Need

Do you know your calorie count? Do you know how many calories you should eat per day? Do you know how many calories you burn daily? Do you know which periods you burn more calorie or periods you burn less?

The things is that not al humans need, burn or consume the same amount of calories per day. So if you work in an office, commute by car and don’t exercise then you need less calories per day. You need a low fat, high fiber, rich in vitamins fruits and vegetables based diet. If you have exams and you study 4-5 hours a day, even though you don’t exercise, you will burn way more calories than a normal sedentary person and thus you can enjoy some snacks like chocolate, besides your normal diet. If you’re out camping and are mounting climbing then of course you burn more calories and thus need to eat more.
