A Weight Loss Diet for 2 Week: a weight loss meal plan

This diet plan is inspired form the diet plans that the Mayo clinic uses. If you will follow this diet plan for 2 weeks you will lose 10 to 16 pounds. Pretty good for 2 weeks of dieting. Without further ado here is the weight loss diet plan:

On Monday eat:
-for breakfast: tea or coffee
-for lunch: 2 hard bled eggs, spinach and a tomato;
-for supper: beef steak and a raw salad with virgin olive oil and lemon juice

On Tuesday eat:
-for breakfast: tea or coffee with a biscuit
-for lunch: beef steak and a raw salad with virgin olive oil and lemon juice
-for supper: 2 boiled eggs, boiled beef and lettuce salad.

On Wednesday eat:
-for breakfast: tea or coffee with a biscuit
-for lunch: a boiled egg, pressed cheese and a grated carrot
-for supper: a raw salad and a slice of pressed cheese.

On Thursday eat:
-for breakfast: tea or coffee with a biscuit
-for lunch: a boiled egg, pressed cheese and a carrot
-for supper: a fruit salad and a yogurt.

On Friday eat:
-for breakfast: tea or coffee
-for lunch: a half of chicken boiled and a lettuce salad with virgin olive oil and lemon juice
-for supper: two boiled eggs and a carrots

On Saturday eat:
-for breakfast: only grated carrots
-for lunch: grilled beef with a salad
-for supper: grated pressed cheese and carrots.

On Sunday eat:
-for breakfast: tea or coffee with a biscuit
-for lunch: grilled beef with a salad
-for supper: grated carrots and pressed cheese.

You should keep this diet for 2 weeks. You have to drink 8 cups of water daily while dieting. That way you will be able to lose between 10 and 16 pounds. It’s worth to give this weight loss diet a try. I wish you luck.
