A Simple Step by Step Diet Plan

The following diet I have swiped from one of my friends. She lost in 4 months over 40 pounds with just 3 meals per day.

The nutritionists say that you can lose 10 pounds every month if you eat only fruits, boiled vegetables and sometimes chicken meat. And the best part is that your body won’t miss any vitamins and minerals. The tough part of my friends diet is stopping eating sweets. She had a bit of a hard time stopping eating chocolate.

Now after the diet my friend maintains her weight by exercising frequently and going to massages. Here is her meal plan she used during each week of the 4 months:

Monday:
For Breakfast: one cup of coffee, one slice of toast, 2 tomatoes and 50 grams of boiled rice
For Lunch: vegetable soup, 100 grams of chicken meat and a peach
For Supper: a salad made out of 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers and a spoon of virgin olive oil

Tuesday:
For Breakfast: tea, 2 slices of toast, 2 spoons of honey and 150 grams of fruit salad
For Lunch: tomato soup and 100 grams of carrot and celery salad
For Supper: a salad made out of 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers and a spoon of virgin olive oil

Wednesday:
For Breakfast: a glass of milk and apple and 2 apricots
For Lunch: a boiled potatoes, a carrot and 100 grams of fish
For Supper:100 grams of boiled rice, 1 tomato and a grape

Thursday:
For Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee, one slice of toast and 30 grams of cottage cheese
For Lunch: 75 grams of rice with 50 grams of mushrooms and a peach
For Supper: 2 boiled potatoes, 30 grams of cheese and a slice of watermelon

Friday:
For Breakfast: one glass of milk, one green pepper, 50 grams of cottage cheese with dill
For Lunch: a raw cabbage salad, one slice of toast, 100 grams of beef and one grape
For Supper: 2 slices of toast, 200 grams of mushrooms, 100 grams of boiled celery and orange juice

Saturday:
For Breakfast: one cup of coffee, one tomatoes, 1 cucumber and one slice of toast
For Lunch: 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, 50 grams of cheese and one slice of watermelon
For Supper: 100 grams of green beans, one tomato, 150 grams of fruit salad

Sunday:
For Breakfast: one glass of milk, 5 whole grain biscuits
For Lunch: tomatoes soup, 2 boiled potatoes, 2 carrots and a glass of fruit juice
For Supper: one tomatoes, one slice of toast and a peach

This is it. The diet plan that my friend used to lose over 40 pounds in 4 months. She looks stunning. She admits that the diet isn’t that easy but she says the results are worth the effort. Give it a try to see if it is right for you too.
