Here are 12 healthy eating ideas to help you achieve a healthier life:

1.Try to drink 8 to 10 cups of water every day, including teas and fresh natural juices. It is recommended to drink mineral water instead of sparkling water.

2.Cut down on salt and salty foods.

3.Try to eliminate fizzy sweet drinks from your eating habits. If you crave drinking some juice try fresh natural juices instead.

4.Avoid eating concentrated sweets. Replace the foods with fruits. If the desire to eat sweets becomes overwhelming you can eat a small piece of chocolate. If it’s dark chocolate even better then.

5.Replace pork meat with fish or chicken meat. Cook the meat on the grill with spices like oregano, basil, soy sauce.

6.Never ever eat meat and potatoes or pastas at the same time. As side dishes you can use vegetables, mushrooms, salads and from time to time rice.

7.Cut down on fatty foods. There are lots of foods with hidden fat deposits like cold cuts, some cheeses and nuts.

8.Don’t eat daily junk food. Replace junk food with fruits.

9.Eat dairies for breakfast and for dinner, especially low fat dairies.
